Kamuela Provision Company - WAIKOLOA

Our first night at Hilton Waikoloa we had a dinner at Kamuela Provision Company. As other critics note, the setting is directly above the sea with a front row seat to sunset, which in and from itself makes it all worthwhile. But we also felt that the food was served nicely and delicious, the 3 course tasting menu and some extras such as fresh oysters and the Maui onion ring tower with spicy aioli. Our server Cornelious was wonderful and made sure that we can enjoy the courses slowly and evenly so that we can relax and simply enjoy the evening. It was the perfect first night in Hawaii.

We had reservations for dinner and sunset . The winds were not cooperating. They got us as close to outside as they could . The sunset on my 20th anniversary with my wife.. Total package ... Breath Taking.

Excellent service by Jesse and our waiter, Jordan. We had the Wahoo, steamed, great food, no complaints. A litte pricey, but 5 stars for service and quality.

We did the 3 course experience here. There were plenty of options, but be prepared to add on to the base price for nicer choices. The ahi tartar melted in my mouth. The pork belly was crispy and savory. Sunset was accompanied by live music maybe 15 feet from the water. The descriptor of it being an experience instead of a dining out was apt!

What a stunning place for dinner! We indulged in a three-course meal by the water, and it didn't disappoint. The sunset during our meal was the perfect way to wrap up our stay in Hawaii. While the food was enjoyable, it wasn't quite on par with some of the three-course meals I've had elsewhere, particularly in Vegas. However, it was the best meal we experienced on the island, and the view made it all worthwhile. I ordered a Lava Flow cocktail to accompany my meal, and it was fantastic. The onion rings were quite hefty, but that's on me; I was just really hungry when I ordered and ended up going a bit overboard. They also serve bread at the table, so take my advice: just enjoy the bread and you’ll find the meal is more than satisfying on its own.
