It’s a fun beach-side styled bistro/bar with a Mexican-Hawai’ian fusion theme. I got the BLC Taco Salad with mahi mahi added and a traditional margarita made with just tequila, orange liquor, and fresh lime juice. The meal was excellent and the drink was perfect. I then ordered a Trader Vic styled Mai Tai and the bartender knocked it out perfectly. The cost is high but no unexpected for a resort. The salad with fish was $23 and the drinks were around $13-$15. Mark the bartender was a fun conversationalist and I highly recommend this place for lunch.
I visited for lunch today and it was fantastic! I had nachos topped with steak, and my partner enjoyed a delicious taco salad with chicken. The food and service were excellent. You definitely have to check out Hilton Waikoloa Village!
I had the pork tacos, and they were among the best I’ve ever tasted. The portion size was impressive, and they were incredibly satisfying. I also tried the Horchata, and it was absolutely perfect. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!
We have no complaints about our experience. My wife and I shared a large portion of nachos, and we also tried every type of taco on the menu. Both dishes were delicious. Among all the dining options at the resort, this is likely one of the more affordable choices. The setting by the water was lovely, and since we had lunch early, the atmosphere was pleasant and not crowded.
Slow service but great location and food.
