Dunkin' - Wadsworth

The ice tea is ALWAYS fresh brewed and perfect. Staff was a little cranky but they are always so busy that I kinda understand.

I got the bacon bites and they were delicious. I wasn't thrilled about the hot chocolate Temps but I added extra ice for my kids and they were happy.

Every experience I was excellent here. Today I only have a simple cold Brew, but it was perfect and they always add exactly how much cream, sweetheart, etc., and the exact types I want. I'm kind of picky about it and they were always very nice about it! This situation is always busy for a reason: people love their coffee and food because the baristas do an excellent job. I never had a bad drink from here, and they never made a mistake with my order. Every time we get breakfast sandwiches, they are fresh, hot and delicious. Staff are always very friendly and friendly, and I am always amazed how they deal with the huuuge volume of never-ending customers with a positive attitude. These employees work very hard. Even if the line is long, it moves quickly. And it's not Dunkins' fault that the line is long. Because they are the best: Other places nearby had staff shortage and quality control problems that many consumers have driven to Dunkin Donuts. Hopefully, employees get enough tips for all their efforts. I wish companies like these pay a living wage.

I really enjoy Dunkin's coffee. Occasionally, the service can be a bit slow, but the coffee is generally worth the wait. Unfortunately, my wife often receives hot chocolate that is mostly water, which I find unacceptable.

The staff is so occupied with drive-through orders that customers who choose to come inside have to wait. The peppermint latte I received looked nothing like the picture I saw.
