Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Waco

I so appreciated the young lady who opened up for me to come inside on Thursday am, even though she was only running the drive through early that am. the smoothies i got were great and the employees pleasant.

Love tropical smoothie! Used to go all the time in Michigan, so glad we have one here in Waco!!

I walked into the restaurant and was welcomed with a friendly greeting. The Chicken Caesar wrap was delicious, as well as the smoothie. This is my first time visiting this cafe as I am from out of town. I found out that this company also has a location in my hometown, so I am looking forward to checking it out there as well. Thank you.

Horrible service. 2 kids not in uniform behind the counter! I’m going to call OSHA! I am complaining because I have ran 5 fast food restraints and never in my life have I seen kids touching on each other! Completely embarrassing and I hope who ever is in charge get control over this. 1 girl 1 guy in uniform and then 1 guy and 1 girl not in uniform making free smoothies for themselves!

What is the point of online ordering if it's not ready when you get there? Their smoothies are delish but they are not prompt with any kind of urgency of others time.
