Mcdonald's - Waco

It has come to know that we were not able to eat inside. ordered food at kiosk (what we had to do) and it didn't work. 3/4. of the way through the order had to pay the entry to the counter. fries tasted old and had no salt.

Came about 30 minutes before the closing. everything was freshly hot! every worker I contacted was very nice. there were 2 cars in front of me and about 5 behind it. was fast one-and-off and this is not the first time that I had a great experience at this place in the late night!

This McDonald's is the only one I can rely on for consistency! The food is always served quickly and fresh, and the customer service is always excellent.

I am almost certain that my order was never correct. We always seem to be missing an item or receiving the wrong order. I'm not sure why we continue to give them another chance.

I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal on the mobile app and received a regular quarter pounder with no tomatoes. I usually check my order at time of sale, I was in a hurry and didn't find out it was wrong until I got home. I tried for 30 minutes to call the store to see if they could fix it but no one answered the phone. Terrible customer service.
