Fazoli's - Waco

I have enjoyed this chain all over the country. This location does the chain justice

I actually am a fan of Fazoli's. I always get the fettuccine alfredo with extra sauce and penne noodles instead. Always good. Also, the bread sticks are delicious! Went through drive through and got food quickly.

They have increased portions. But also increased the price. Also increased the menu options.

Food was good.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly place. Booths and tables. Fast food-esque.

I’m a big fan of Fazoli’s because they rarely disappoint, especially for inexpensive fast food Italian. The food was up to par with what is expected, however the apparent lack of concern for upkeep and cleanliness was very noticeable. We were the only patron at the time inside the restaurant, yet we struggled to find a table without dirty dishes, and the floor surrounding the tables were full of food and filth. It was to the point we almost walked out due to fear of what the kitchen must look like. It appeared as though there were about 7 staff members on site of whom 3 were eating, one was scrolling on their phone and the others were either in the kitchen or conversing amongst each other. Very disappointing experience for a place I’m a cheerleader for.
