Clay Pot - Waco

Clay Pot offers the most vegan options in the area, with a friendly staff and reasonable prices. My favorite dish is the vegan pho, but the fried dumplings and fried tofu spring rolls are also delicious. They can make the fried rice vegan and also offer vermicelli bowls.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a restaurant in Waco with a variety of options. I ordered the veggie and tofu vermicelli bowl and it was delicious. I added soy sauce and chili oil for extra flavor. The staff was friendly and even recommended trying the Tru Jamaican dish, which was also excellent.

I enjoyed the Vegan Pho while my boyfriend preferred the Vegan Curry. We also tried a new vegan dessert called Coconut Panna Cotta, which was absolutely delicious!

Had the curry clay pot, steamed veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce. Can’t stop thinking about the flavors! It’s a must for a great vegan food experience.
