Cheddar Box - Waco

I had her dairy-free grilled cheese and tomato soup back when she was at the farmers' markets! I revisited this combo during the early days at Silos in 2022 and loved it just as much! I had the same meal again, and it was just as delicious! I highly recommend this combination – it's so creamy that you can't even tell it's not regular cheese.

This is hands down the best grilled cheese I've ever had! The crispy bacon was a fantastic addition. We tried the Power Chief and the Happy Boss sandwiches, and I can assure you, you won't be disappointed! You absolutely have to eat here!

This is the best Mac and cheese place in Waco! I hadn't tried it before, and I'm glad I did. The ingredients are fresh, and the service is outstanding. They also offer options to customize your order, including gluten-free noodles! Don't forget to grab a lemonade while you're there.

The GLUTEN-FREE bread they use is so good, it’s the best I have ever had. It’s like a creamy, delicious corn bread sort of texture. This place is highly recommended whenever you’re a the Magnolia Silos in Waco. Special mention to Kiki, she was so kind and patient explaining the menu to us and making excellent recommendations. Kiki is a gem, hope you’ll have the opportunity to experience her excellent service. I will definitely be back, not much for the Magnolia store but for the DELICIOUS sandwiches from this food truck.
