Cha Community - Waco

We enjoyed Sunday lunch at Cha Community. This is one of the few places with authentic, delicious Asian food in Waco. My girls want to go back and have double the portions because they enjoyed it so much. The Taro Milk Tea wasn't purple, so we were surprised at first (because almost all the other taro milk teas are artificially colored purple). My wife and I enjoyed the taste and how customizable the drinks are. The space is warm and conducive to conversation. There are also books and games that kids could enjoy while the adults converse. We highly recommend Cha Community!

This is our neighborhood tea shop and we LOVE it! Having a place that uses fresh, quality ingredients and fosters community is a gift to Waco! Our favorites are the strawberry matcha (using real strawberries! and the Wacoco. But honestly, we’ve liked everything we’ve tried on the menu! The lunch options are amazing too!Vegetarian options: Veg dumplings are my daughter’s fave! And all drinks can be made vegan!Kid-friendliness: Lots of kid books, games, and a super relaxed environment. They offer kid sizes of the drinks as well!Dietary restrictions: Several of us can’t tolerate dairy- we appreciate the options for non-dairy folks like ourselves!

We just ordered 22 pork dumplings Togo. We have ordered here before as well several times. The dumplings are the absolute best in town! I love the boba tea as well I’ve gotten a different flavor every time.Parking: There is plenty of parking across the street in the lot behind Milo.

They have the best Boba tea in Central tx. The milky way is my favorite tea 50% sweet. The staff is always friendly and quick. Looking forward to pumpkin flavors this fall.Food: 5/5

Honestly an awesome place to eat or hang out! 4 stars on food as I found the dumplings to be a little salty; but, I would get them again so wasn't too bad! Service is normally 10/10, however you sometimes get someone who seems like they'd rather not be there and it kinda ruins the vibe of a community that they're going forFood: 4/5
