The organization of order delivery is just terrible. It's Saturday, lunchtime, and we placed an order for drinks only—nothing that needed cooking. We waited for all the previous customers who had meals that required preparation. When our order was finally brought out, and we mentioned the long wait, we were reminded that it was Saturday. However, that has nothing to do with the efficiency of the order delivery. We won't be coming back again.

Today, the cashier was particularly rushed and anxious while processing payments, even though there were no other customers after us. Her irritability was quite noticeable. I understand that everyone has their off days, and while we don't expect them to smile at us all the time, it is possible to avoid negative emotions when serving customers. Not all the cashiers and baristas are like this; there are some who are truly cheerful and make ordering a pleasure. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case today. Therefore, I hope the bakery can find responsible and pleasant staff!
