Cerro Brujo Gourmet - Volcan

Very nice atmosphere, the staff was very nice. To qualify food as a gourmet needs some work. The products are high quality, but for example, the salad has too much onion and vinegar... it takes over and you have the taste of spicy good fresh vegetables. I would definitely go back... just ask the dress on the side. Presentation of panels made very beautiful.

What a great restaurant! We had lunch on Friday and everything was perfect. The chef came to our table and explained everything on the menu in detail small, but with something for everyone. The most tender beef I’ve ever had since living in Panamá and some of the freshest produce especially the best tasting tomatoes, ever ! I raved so much about the tomatoes that the chef gave me one to take home-Thank you, Chef! Charming ambience,too. Can’t wait until my next visit!

Had a fabulous lunch there today had a group of 6 so had one of each of the appetizers the Yucca Croquettes were awesome. A delicious salad and then the pork ribs and Jerk Chicken, plates loaded down with fresh grilled veggies, all cooked over the fire. Lovely setting as well.

Finely prepared food, all greens are from Patricia garden. Nicely presented. Homemade Ricotta was tasty, aubergines was perfect and trout was also perfect. Miss this restaurant!
