This restaurant is located right by the beach with a beautiful view. The apartment is clean and fragrant. The food is delicious and the owners are very nice and friendly. I would love to come back again.

The host required immediate payment for the entire rental upon arrival, which quickly became apparent as to why. He did not uphold his end of the agreement at any point. The parking spaces provided were only for the apartments, despite claiming to be for all guests and the host family. The parking situation was chaotic, with vehicles parked in a way that blocked access. When asking about leaving the parking space, the response was inflexible and unhelpful. The balcony was covered in bird droppings, and the room had a broken toilet seat. Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations, and I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now.

The building is in a great location. I believe the apartments could offer much more; as it stands, it's a mediocre 3-star accommodation. However, everything went smoothly during our stay, except for the reception, which was quite unusual. It felt as if they weren't expecting us. The apartment wasn't ready for check-in, even though we arrived around 3 PM. In terms of price-value ratio, it's perfect. I would consider going back again.

Der Gastgeber beharrt auf sofortige Bezahlung der gesamten Miete am Tag des Erscheinens. Kurz nach der Ankunft wird klar, warum. Seinen Teil der Vereinbarung hält er leider zu keiner Zeit ein. Nur 7 oder 8 frei zugängliche Parkplätze für 12 Apartments mit angeblich insgesamt 48 Gästen Fassungsvermögen und der Gastfamilie. In der Folge ununterbrochen verparkt in der Spitze durch 4 Fahrzeuge gleichzeitig. Auf die Frage, wie man hier mit dem PKW den Parkplatz verlassen kann wurde man gebeten, dass einfach mit den anderen Gästen irgendwie auszumachen und nicht so unflexibel zu sein. Der Balkon ist mit einer dicken Schicht an Vogelkot verziert. Das Zimmer besticht durch einen kaputten Klodeckel, hätte es ohne Gastgeber und Parkplatzsituation aber wahrscheinlich auf gute 2 Sterne geschafft. Ich bin viel gereist, aber bisher hat kein einziger Anbieter meine Erwartungen dermaßen unterboten, dass ich eine negative Rezension geschrieben habe.

The atmosphere is pleasant, the owners are friendly, and it's close to the sea and the beach. The food is excellent, definitely a 5 out of 5!
