I want to thank Erik personally for his hospitality and hard working mentality the man is a great worker I will be back because of Erik thank you Erik .
Ordered online. Got there and food was ready which was great, only to find out when I got home that half my order was missing! While I was there picking up my food there was another Lady on the phone with one of the cashiers letting him know that she was missing various items from her order and that she was on her way to get it. One of the girls in the back, giggling said “oh was that me? I must have forgotten.” The kid told me he tried to chase me down to give me the rest of my order. He could have just looked for my phone number which was listed on my online order and avoided me getting so upset for having to drive back for the rest of my food. I don’t live close to this place either. Needless to say, most of the food was cold by the time I got home to eat. I’ve walked in there to order food too and it takes forever. Figured ordering online was better but apparently not.
First time. Last time. This stop needs a lot of help. The fries were good. Wings not crispy or hot. There was no trash can and the whole place felt very cold. Bathroom was hideous. Not worth the money it cost and I don't recommend this place. Also, it's extra for flats only.
Just watched a female worker wipe up ranch from the floor and then handle food without washing her hands ? nasty very disgusting!
I go here to dine in on less busy times..usually around 11am when they just openThere was a glitch in their online ordering system last week when the world wide web went down and some people never received their refunds..I've seen people ask for refunds this week..can you please issue these refunds? They've been giving their name and numbers to the employees working the register ..
