Wasabi Japanese Cuisine - Vista

Best sushi in San Diego area or probably anywhere. The service is awesome too. We had the waitress recommend the best one and she gave us the sushi she eats whenever working there. Which was the best piece of sushi I've ever had. I didn't even taste like sushi. It had lemon slices and chili. Just perfect. Also the fried rice is out of this world!

Just moved into the area and was happy to find a good sushi place right away. Its fresh, good quality and the portions are right on. We have been several times since we moved in the day before Thanksgiving. I definitely recommend.

Stopped by here because I wanted to try it out. Oh wow, they got some very tasty sushi rolls! I'll be coming here more frequently that's for sure! Oh and the young lady helping me out was very patient and super polite with my questions. Her name stated with a K but I can't remember what it was. Thank you!

It's been challenging to find quality sushi places lately, but this one exceeded my expectations. I definitely plan to return, hopefully soon! I highly recommend the Vista roll; it was my favorite and I'm sure it will remain so. The staff is also very friendly, and even with outdoor seating, the tables and service are well maintained.

We frequently take our dogs to the nearby South Buena Vista Park, which has a fantastic off-leash area, and we were craving sushi. I'm really glad we chose to stop here! The food was incredibly fresh, delicious, and fairly priced. The service was excellent as well; our waitress, Rosa, was attentive and friendly, even while we dined at one of the small outdoor tables.
