Tasty Pho - Vista

I honestly hate to leave a bad review on a small mom and pop shop but this was by far the worst pho I 've ever had. I got the mushroom and veggie pho and it was completely flavorless. No mushrooms. I doubt it was even mushroom broth because it lacked flavor so much it was just hot water with some veggies floating around. I eat pho at least 3x a week other places and I 've never been disappointed. The spring rolls also come with the cheap peanut sauce which is just fish sauce. They don 't use the actual thick and creamy peanut sauce. Oh and when I politely gave them my feedback they just said ok

This unassuming restaurant may not look like much, but the owner and his family pour their hearts into it, serving up fantastic classic Vietnamese comfort food. I've sampled several dishes, and for the price, it's hard to find a better value. It's a great lunch spot for freshly made Vietnamese diner favorites.
