This is me and my dad's favorite place to get breakfast. Warning that the portions are huge, but you can order half orders in most items!!! The coffee is great and served with real cream and is free refills. The variety of options is also vast. My dad gets buckwheat pancakes with apple syrup. I love the pigs in a blanket with the apple or tropical syrup. My mom likes the pecan waffle. When in season I love their strawberry waffle and actual pumpkin pancakes!!! My husband loves the omelets which are the size of a whole plate. We always get a side of sausage links or patties, yum! Fresh orange juice (not free refill but so good!!! . This location is my favorite as it's usually less crowded, but the one in Rancho Santa Fe is great too. My dad and I also went to one in Bend, Oregon and it was also good and the sausages there were actually local/sourced locally. Overall, this is my favorite breakfast place.

We’ve enjoyed the Pancake House for several years and have no complaints. The breakfast options are large and varied which big portions. We split the meal due to then sizes served. It gets busy and weekends can have 20-30 minute waits for a table. Excellent food but it’s a little dated inside. Better than Broken Yolk and similar prices. You will love the food and find everyone friendly.

Consistently excellent service, even during busy times. The food is exceptional and never fails to impress.

This is one of my favorite breakfast spots in the city! There's usually a line to get a table, but it's definitely worth the wait. Everything is made fresh daily, so you can't go wrong with any dish you choose. I make an effort to try something new each time I visit, but I always end up getting a side of their French toast!

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I ordered a bacon omelet, and at first, I was a bit put off by the price of $13.95. However, when my enormous western omelet—packed with bacon and cheese—was served alongside three pancakes, I was pleasantly surprised. The manager and staff were incredibly polite, courteous, and attentive. The restaurant was spotless and clearly maintained with pride. Great job, OPH!
