Pizza joint (with Italians) and wood stove between Brig and Visp, in the Swiss Valais. Adequate choice at a proper price given the fees in nearby villages. Other dishes on the menu.

Just had a drink on the terrace. Service was there immediately, very friendly and quick. The ambience in the restaurant is very nice and dignified.

We ate a Hugo and bruschetta each evening. Unfortunately, neither was as we know it. The bruschetta was bland, missing olive oil, onions, etc. The Hugo didn't taste good either.
