Orange Works Visalia

I’m not sure how this place has a 4.2 rating. Their sandwiches are just mediocre at best. I wanted a turkey sandwich, but they had run out of onions, so I ended up ordering a ham sandwich. It was disappointing. Places like Deli Delicious and Subway completely outshine this one. I could have made a better sandwich at home. The only thing that actually tasted good was the orange ice cream. I recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for a decent sandwich.

The vegetarian sandwich is outstanding, and their orange ice cream is always delightful! I absolutely love the ambiance of this place!

I took my sister, who has a disability, out for lunch, and we encountered a frustrating issue. She needed to use the restroom, but Alyssa informed us that there was no key available. A few moments later, however, she allowed another woman and a little girl to go in. When we inquired about this and spoke to the manager, we were told that the woman was a former employee. This lack of a satisfactory explanation really reflects poor customer service.

I feel bad for orange works and what this place does on their call. we ordered us for a 20-minute waiting period, somehow typical right? No, they say 10 minutes, because they've been ordered. then come 20 minutes by and I see 3 different walks get her eat and ice before my order is finished. at this point the lunch break was over. Nobody's waiting for me to eat and 3 other pickups. after 50 minutes of online pickup order, which was marked for 20 minutes, I finally get my food. not only that they lack the love for detail, is that skipping off hits crazy?! a piece of travel tip for a sandwich?! are you sweating? I will always give strathmore chances, but please don't waste their time and expect them the same for visalia and I support orange works for 5 years.
