Wendy's - Virginia Beach

The Wendy's we purchased an Avocado salad. Unfortunately the avocado in the salad was bitter and stale. We had to Todd it out. Again unfortunately it was drive thru and didn't find this until I was at home. Beware of their Avocado salad.

Just went thru the drive thru get home and of course your missing items. You call the store and yeah they don’t care. It’s ridiculous how other fast food companies you don’t have to check the bag. I sure won’t be going back to this Wendy’s. The person that answered the phone said we don’t give credits I would have to drive back. Yeah right!!!

I just ordered a large fries for four dollars, and I have to say, this is not a large order. It's actually smaller than their small size.

The service here was excellent. A staff member at the counter greeted me warmly and made a special effort to ensure my order was accurate. I noticed him providing the same level of care to other customers as well. He truly went above and beyond. Next time, I’ll be sure to remember his name.

I had a great experience at this Wendy's. The breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh, and on another visit, I tried a burger that was quite good. While it might not be the best Wendy's I've ever visited, overall, it was a solid choice.
