Thai Arroy - Virginia Beach

Went for restaurant week, our first visit. Normally the restaurant week serving sizes are smaller, but this place served regular sized portions. Ordered the appetizer sampler, excellent. Food and Service were excellent. I had a cocktail, which is rare for me when dining out. WE both really enjoyed our food and the service was very good and they were crowded. Atmosphere was nice. We live in Chesapeake, and This place is quite a drive, but we will be returning.

At first glance, the restaurant is not noticeable,But "When I entered, the inside was rather clean, and there were many Thai ornaments, so it had an atmosphere. "I ordered chang Rai, Green curry, and vegetable roll as an appatizer.The price is not that cheap,But The taste was great !I wanna go again !

Don't let the outside fool you. This is a great place for Thai food. It isn't the bland Thai you get at a lot of places around VB, this is very flavorful and authentic Thai food. Also the quality of the ingredients is very high, no fat chunks in the meat, and the vegetables taste like vegetables. IT doesn't look like much on the outside, and I've passed it several times because of that, but gave it a try today and was impressed enough to write a review.

We ordered take out to eat on the beach. Everything was good but there needs to be a Laos spicy option for the papaya salad. We had enough rice for everyone probably could have used more chopsticks and forks. The packaging was top notch We even ate the rest later that night.

The service and the food are excellent, except for the atmosphere, little bit dark, and need brighten up a little. We ordered mango and Tara bubble teas. They were wonderful on a hot day. The dumpling as an appetizer was excellent with a delicious special sauce to dip into. As an entre, we ordered crab fried rice, mixed vegetable with seafood, and Pad Tai’ shrimp and steak. The dishes were eye-catching and delicious. The service was very accommodating to our needs and desired to change it. Overall, I would definitely come back when I visit Virginia Beach again.
