Sakatomo Sushi - Virginia Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch with family. The service was excellent. The food was very fresh and delicious! The chef was accommodating for a special request. (We were there right when they opened. I would definitely go again when I'm in town.

I can't say enough about food here. The restaurant was packed, with very good reason. My son and Hubby got the spicy motherfuckers and spicy seafood Udon nuts. Very comforting for this rainy day and exactly what they needed (and I got a taste of every mmm? . We also had several sushi rolls and they were top notch. The aromas, the freshness, it was just such a pleasure to have authentic Japanese cuisine. If you are looking for an excellent sushi and Japanese farewell, that is the point! I wish we were living nearby!!

We only lived in Norfolk for a year, but once we found this place, we made it our spot and I miss it very much! We LOVED the atmosphere, and that the sushi is prepared by who I assume is the owner, and we were served by who I assume is also the owner. They take pride in their restaurant, and were always kind and quick in their service. Every single item we tried was fantastic and authentic. If I went back to Virginia for one day, I 'd eat here for lunch and dinner, it is truly that delicious and welcoming.

Customer service was exceptional and the food was very fresh and delicious! The quality was high and the atmosphere was so authentic that I felt like I was in Japan again. The family working there is so sweet and kind. Must check this place out :
