(I asked for butter noodles with broccoli and got butter soup without broccoli) she immediately took responsibility and it wasn't even her responsibility. It happened that the server incorrectly triggered my order. She was more than pleasant and made sure that I comfortably waited for my food to be restored. I sincerely hope to see them every time I go in. And only one head to anyone who reads this, the BOOZY WINGs are the best in TOWN!!!!!!!!!! And then you will all FLAS and ICH ASK for EXTRA CRISPY, you are truly honorable!! Even to GO, the WINGs ARE CRISPY!
We ordered the Family Special (two big x1 pizzas, 50 wings with two litres) and because there were 12 people, we ordered another 50 wings for pickup. This was perfect for our group, and the wing sauce (an order of Bros Sauce and a Boozy) was excellent. And the pick-up time was less than we were told, that was nice. My only complaint was that I ordered a salad for me, a Bros Banging Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was less than a handful of salad, two slices of green pepper, two slices of tomatoes, two red onion rings, no crumbs were on it, although I had not asked for them to be omitted, and a mild sauce chicken. Instead, I didn't ask a blue cheese and additional Cheddar cheese that was taken. I didn't see the salad before I left, but I should have. It looked like the salad was left on a hot spot to keep things warm because the cheese in the salad had melted into a lump. Everyone in the group asked how the salad was, I could only answer, Sad. I have a pet duck, his salads he eats daily are bigger than this with much more vegetables. And I don't spend $13 for his like me for mine. Maybe I should have seen the salad before I left the restaurant. But apart from the salad, everything was good.
I come here often and the staff is very friendly and the food is great. Prices are still fair also when everyone else is jacking prices up , they provide the same quality food at reasonable prices are
Arrived and was greeted and seated immediately. No issues here. Was seated and observed a bartender working hard so understanding her being busy. Again, no issues. My issue was witnessing a random employee standing in the dining room staring in my direction while not being greeted by a server for a good minute. I thought my eye contact would prompt some service but no. I witnessed him and two other employees walk past my table to gather into the bartenders area to talk. I went to the hostess stand/to-go pickup to ask if I could order through them since clearly three employees were too busy to greet us and take our order when we had been waiting for 15 minutes. She said that the owner was very particular about that type of thing and wouldn 't do it. I was appalled at response and decided to leave. I 'm sorry but as a business owner I would think that the priority would be to have customers PURCHASE food rather than deciding that you are particular about who takes orders to make you money. Anyone in the food service industry knows that you can buy time just greeting someone. I have been a loyal customer for years and I stopped ordering delivery because of ridiculous delivery times and love the food so much to pickup but THIS is insane. I can 't continue to support an owner who is particular about how a customer orders to literally be ignored by that same person in their dining room.
