Lotus Chinese - VINTON

A walk in the village has a friendly atmosphere. Nice seating area. The waiting staff was friendly and helpful. The chips and salsa were okay could use some work. The guacamole was delicious. The fried beans were questionable. The other had a good experience. We'll try other dishes again.

Staff are always friendly and special that an elderly lady! She is always ready to talk to her customers and could brighten up every day!

I really like Chinese food, so I went there based on the great reviews that I found. Boy was this a mistake. First off, they forgot part of the order. By the time I noticed, I was in the hotel for the night. When I called them they refused to bring the items to me. The girl that answered the phone had a bad attitude and acted like I was lying to her. When she gave the phone to another lady whom I assumed was the owner, she said that I had to come back to the restaurant to pick up what I had ordered because they don 't do delivery. Then she raised her voice to me and said what you want me to do several times and was very upset that I called her out on their mistake. She kept yelling at me what you want me to do and wasn 't listening to me at all. Then she hang up on me. So rude. But the worse part was the food was downright aughful. Everything I ordered tasted like it was made with scorched or rancid oil! So I only ate a few bites and threw out the rest. It was the worst Chinese food I 've ever had.

My favorite local Chinese food! Vegan options and amazing service. When I had questions they were ready with answers.
