Tocotoco - Vinh Yen

I can't speak much about the drinks since I bought them to go and it took me two hours to drink them. However, the staff needs more training. I understand that they are students and relatively young, but they need to be quicker and provide better customer care. It’s not acceptable for it to take around 30 minutes to make three drinks, and the information about the sales promotions was unclear.

In the photo, you can see the basic L-size bubble tea with 50% sweetness, and it was still pretty sweet. One drink was some kind of blueberry black tea with added pearls, which had a flavor reminiscent of chewing gum. Nonetheless, it was enjoyable to drink. I asked if there was a bubble tea chain in Vin Phuc, and it turns out this is the second location after Cha Go. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience!

I would like to offer some constructive feedback. The staff should be more welcoming and provide better guidance to customers when placing their orders, as not everyone is familiar with Toco. Additionally, I personally found that the aroma here is not as appealing as at the location where I've purchased from before. Thank you all for taking the time to read my review.
