Starbucks - Vineland

I only gave 5 stars because when I called the store and explained how unacceptable it was to make drinks like you see in the photo, the girl I spoke with was beyond professional. I got 2 venti drinks that were not even close to being filled to somewhat the top. The girl on the other side of the phone was so professional and this Starbucks is lucky to have such and employees. (I think her name was Taina)

A nice new and clean Starbucks. Has a convenient drive-thru and there is plenty of seating inside as well as a patio area. Baristas were nice and accurate with my order.

First time here, and it was very yummy. The baristas were awesome. They helped us out so much. I loved it here, and recommend it.

Lacking Customer Service. They don't greet you and basically ignore you when you walk in. There was an issue with my order and asked to have it fixed. The Barista argued with me to the point where I offered to show her my order on my phone. Once I received the new drink (which still wasn't what I ordered and had a sour after taste), she argued with me again! Never had that experience at a Starbucks. I won't go to this location again.

I placed a mobile order and yes it was about two minutes after I pulled up (I was prepared to wait for it? I tell the worker I?m picking up and she says ?we literally just got this next time you have to give us 5-10 minutes? even tho I got there at 6:21 and it said it would be ready at 6:24.. with 3 other cars in the drive thru. Needs some work with customer service no need to be rude. She did not have to say that extra little comment. I tried to call the manager and nobody answered the phone.
