I went to this location the other day, and my order was taken by Krystal. She was rude and nasty to me because I couldn?t decide what I wanted. So then I order and she shorts me 2 pieces of chicken a container of mashed. I went back in to get the rightstuff and Krystal had such an attitude. She said I?ve been working here over 6 years I know my job. and I must say this is thedirtiest most nasty location.
I called the restaurant hoping they could assist me, perhaps with a small discount since the food was now ruined. However, the employee showed no willingness to help at all. I was told that since the incident didn’t happen on their property, they couldn't replace the food. Instead, I was advised to bring my own bags next time if I thought the paper bags they provided weren't reliable. She even suggested that the spill might not have happened if I had carried the bag with both hands. I checked the bag's label and it doesn’t mention that it should only be held with both hands. It would make more sense for the restaurant to package orders in boxes, especially if they insist I should have held it differently. To top it off, the employee claimed I was the only customer who has ever experienced a ripped bag, which I find hard to believe. So now, my family is left without dinner, and I’m out $52. Thanks, KFC, but I won’t be returning!
I only had $5 on me, but the 5-piece chicken tender special was $6.30. To my surprise, Jerome took out $2 from his own wallet to cover the difference. I hesitated to accept his generosity, but he encouraged me to "pass it on" to someone else in the future. I had never experienced such kindness before; it truly caught me off guard. I had initially planned to go to McDonald's for their $1 menu, but I had been craving KFC, and Jerome's gesture truly made my day. I was feeling quite grumpy at the time, especially after losing $10 on the bus, and his kindness turned everything around for me. Thank you, Jerome, from KFC in Vineland, NJ 08360!
I've visited Kentucky two days in a row. On Thursday at 4:20 PM, they had no chicken thighs available. I went back around the same time today, which is Friday, and they didn't have any cash or change. They also didn't have enough dark meat to sell me an eight-piece meal, and I had to wait 12 minutes for the biscuits to be ready.
