Mcdonald's - Vina del Mar

Absolutely abysmal service. I queued here for 5 minutes before being served, and then waited 15 minutes and was given cold food!! 20 minutes wait for a cold stale burger and fries. I've been to McDonalds on 5 continents and this was the worst I've ever experienced. I complained to McDonalds online at the time but received no response. Appalling.

I made an order through OrdersNow and I didn't get half of what I bought, there were two drinks missing, a compote and the happy strawberry juice. I made the corresponding claim through the application, however, it is McDonald's fault that the order arrived incomplete since PedidosAlready only takes care of it. I prayed to ask in this place, they gave me no solution.

Pésimo, the last time I ate Mc Donalds I said no more like, but today in this place it got over, I asked for a club house, never had bacon or caramelized onion, I thought they had been wrong and I went to comment, they changed the burger and gave me one with 2 soles of hamburger it was worthwhile and disgusted, burned and they would claim less than 1 cm. But I find it a shame that McDonalds is selling this kind of product. And I pity the service getting worse. She was so angry that she didn't even give me a picture.

Despite not being one of the best services in terms of delivery speed.. I consider McDonalds, a franchise worth buying and sharing there. Well, they're not very fast in terms of service, there's always a lot of people and so on. But that is why they give the order as it is, they treat you kindly (in some cases) and so far I have not had complaints with their food. Any McDonald's that you visit in Viña del Mar, you'll have to wait for your order as you usually take, but it's worth it!
