Hesburger - Vilnius

It's ok. It was not bad just that the girl had hard time understanding english but food served was good in taste. Have eaten better so 4 stars

The staff was nice, but food was not the best. I ordered tortilla with soy sticks complex. the tortilla was okay, but there was not enough soy sticks in it, and I only felt them in the middle of the tortilla. the fries tasted only okay, they were kind of lukewarm and really mushy. so it was not great, not terrible

Not the best quality of food and drinks you can get in hesburgers

This must be the worst hamburger chain in the world, haven't had hesburger in years, so i thought il try again.. look at the size is of the meat patty.. poor excuse for a burger. Hopefully Hesburger will go bankrupt in the future, what a waste of space.

The worst fast food I ever ate. They gave me the wrong burger, but I paid 2 euro more for another type of burger. They wrong also the drink. I order a Fanta and a Coke Zero, but they gave me a Sprite. When I informed the clerk she said that was my fault despite I showed the receipt which not matched with the drinks she gave me. Very rude!! Avoid this Hesburger point!
