As a steak enthusiast, I was thrilled to discover that they offered a steak option on their menu. Needless to say, I left the restaurant with a smile on my face and a satisfied palate. One of the highlights of my visit was the exquisite quality of the steak. The menu proudly claims that the meat is aged for 21 days, and this aging process truly paid off. The steak was perfectly tender and packed with flavor, undoubtedly enhanced by the aging process. Each bite was a delight, and I could tell that the chefs at Da Antonio Ristorante prioritize the quality of their ingredients. Aside from the exceptional steak, I also had the pleasure of enjoying a real espresso, which was the perfect end to my meal. The rich aroma and robust taste of the espresso truly showcased the skill and attention to detail of the restaurant's baristas. It was the perfect accompaniment to my steak and added an extra touch of authenticity to the overall dining experience. In terms of ambiance and service, Da Antonio Ristorante excels on both fronts. The restaurant's cozy and inviting atmosphere created a warm and welcoming environment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring that my dining experience was truly memorable. Whether you're a steak lover or simply looking for a fantastic dining experience in Vilnius, I highly recommend Da Antonio Ristorante. A very nice experience. Its an Italian restaurant but with a more italian-american influence. There are many pasta dishes that use cream, but they are still flavorful and balanced. Fish is great. I liked the pairing of parsley and other greens with the dishes, which is not standard in Italian cuisine. My biggest issue is the misuse of truffle oil. The truffle pasta was much worse off from the mixing of real truffle and such truffle oil. A side coming with fish was also infused with truffle oil. Too much interference with underlying flavours, not an italian way to use truffle.
Food was delicious, just know that the food takes while to come out (estimate at least an hour for pastas)… the ceviche was great snake too!
Good Italian restaurant. from my own is the kitchen 4, but many really like it. but the service for 5! From my point of view, the kitchen is 4:00, but many people really like it. Here's the service for 5!
