フィードバックを提供するI waited for over an hour after being instructed to use an app to place my order. Upon arrival, I was informed that they were out of lettuce and some bread. It seems like the staff is not properly managing their inventory. Additionally, the pay seems to be at minimum wage levels from the 90s at $2.75 an hour, making it clear that this is not a career but a part-time job. I will not be returning, and now I have to wait for a refund. I plan on contacting the corporate office to address these issues and suggest closing down poorly managed stores like this one.
The staff at this restaurant was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to make one sub, despite there being only two of us and the restaurant not being busy. As a result, they have definitely lost a customer.
Having no breakfast at all, no mayonnaise, no Swiss cheese, and not being able to toast sandwiches is diabolical Barren ahh establishment. The store was nice and clean at least lol.
I stopped at the West Carthage Subway on my way home about 5:30 6/17/24. In the store was one custome, one of the employees was making her subs. When he finished with that customer he proceeded to make two salads from a phone order while I was standing there. The other employee was making two suds from phone order Neither of them asked me what I wanted. I stood there several minutes and they made no effort to wait on me even though I was the only customer in the store. The employee finished making the two salads, bagged them a put them on pick-up shelf and still didn 't ask me what I wanted. I should have left when he started the salads. He would have. had enough time to complete my order and still have the salads made, if he would have taken the order of the only customer standing right there in the store (me). The real poor customer service was that the other employee finally started my order , she went in the back of store when my sub was in the warming oven. The male employee finally got it out and started to finish the two phone order subs. I said 'can you finish my sub ' cause I was standing there. Thats when said that the phone order was first. But I 'm right there in front of him and on one from the phone order was in the store. That was very rude and poor customer service so I walked out and I will never return to the West Carthage Subway.
My boyfriend and I ordered subway in west Carthage last night (06/24/24) .. this isn't the first but the second time the female employee has messed my sub up! I mean I let it go the first time but considering the sub is 12 something alone kind of pisses me off. I have always got a buffalo chicken on flat bread American cheese and lettuce and ranch .. also toasted! She told me the first time she messed up that the flat bread can't be toasted when I been getting that for over 14 years and it's always been toasted she also put the chicken on with no buffalo sauce the cheese was all hard and the flat bread was as well so clearly she put that in way to long and I'm guessing she put the chicken on after the toaster because it was cold .. and all together honestly I don't think I'll be eating there if she's working ! Not to mention she acts like she isn't sure on how or what her job requirements are ! Any time I have gone in to the store it's not welcoming and it's somewhat over crowded and cold.
