Ellie's Deli - Village of Silver Creek

The man at the counter was rude and tried to rush me. When I was done ordering he turned and walked away which was odd because he never asked for a name for my order. When my order was done it was wrong. I ordered a pizza/wing special and was supposed to get cheese pepperoni pizza and I paid extra for mushrooms. I even asked when ordering if pepperoni came with the pizza. What I actually got was a mushroom pizza. They had to remake the pizza and my wings were cold by the time the pizza was done. First and last time ordering from this place.

As a small business owner I dont usually do this. I was unpleased with the way I was treated over the phone while ordering. Person named Joe answering the phone needs a lesson in etiquette. I felt disrespected more than welcome for ordering and supporting a small business. Thank you and you're welcome go a very long way in the food service industry.

4 workers, 2 busily working the pizza grill one manning the cash register and another stocking. We're the only ones ordering at counter. Placed order and the guy then goes to chat with the stocking guy for 5 minutes, more people come in, pick up their orders and leave and we're still sitting and waiting. My husband ordered a slice of pizza so he asks if he can have that and our drink while we wait. So the order taker gets those and then says your sub will be ready shortly then HE goes to make it. Omw!! Why not immediately?!? Vegetarian options: Eggplant sub,

The service and food was great will be back tomorrow for lunch again.

Food is very good ? Only pizza my granddaughter will eat!! All employees are personable, nice, and very helpful!!
