Subway - Village of Ravena

They took the cart out so you cant just grab your food, you have to wait in line. Stupid?‍

By far the worst subway in the capital district and it’s all due to the level of stupidity of the employees. They don’t know how to make any of the sandwiches. I have issues every single time I go.. and I only go when we’re in a pinch because Ravenas food options suck.Preetha (I think her name was) was very sweet, but had no clue what she was doing, sandwiches were made so sloppy. Asked for a steak, egg, and cheese and she didn’t put any egg on it and then looks confused when I asked for it. Later she stuffed 4 giant eggs on the already completed sandwich. Learn the menu. Stop hiring untrainable children. At the prices you’re charging, the food and service should both be up to par.

My experience is always good with the food aspect of this whole thing, but this particular subway is the third consecutive one I've come to that does not accept coupons and or does not do any subway app offers! Such a thing has definitely diminished the experience since I'm being mailed coupons that noone accepts!

Ordered the Tuna sub. There was only 1 person working that night. Took 30 minutes to get my sub. Then, the Tuna had so much mayo, it was not good. Usually the Tuna is fantastic. Very disappointing evening considering the price of food.
