Mcdonald's - Village of Highland Falls

Hands down the worsed McDonald's I've ever visited or ordered from, the food fries seem to always either be cold when I order it to be delivered and I only live like 5 min away or when I go pick it up myself the fries are barely warm, they also always forget one of your items when you order. I think this location would benefit from new management. Service: Takeaway

We had a decent experience at this McDonald’s. The place was clean, tidy, and spacious, with very few people around, which we appreciated. However, despite the low number of customers, our order took an unusually long time to be prepared. This was quite disappointing, but overall, the environment was nice. I come to this location almost 4 times a week. Usually for coffee drinks and quick meal 2-3 times a week for my family of 4. Its always a long wait and usually the drinks are wrong but we deal with it as its not that serious. Last 2 times, one of them being about 30 minutes ago, food is missing. Last time it was a mcchicken sandwich from the meal. Today I get home and 2 fries are not in the bag. I grabbed quick to get to what I was doing and dont have time to go back. I called 5 times with no answer, tried to leave a message with their contact us and it said error as I submitted it. I think im done with this location.
