Hey yall my name is Troy and I went to Applebee's in herkimer to celebrate my grandfather's birthday dinner and we had the sweetest waitress ever her name is Carolyn H one of the best service that I had in a while. Not only Carolyn made us feel like Applebee's in herkimer is our second home she had the courage to come and asked my table if everything was good. To end my rating Carolyn if u see this or any of Carolyn's boss please show her this and please give Carolyn a raise she is one of the best workers yall have and I truly mean that

Everytime we come to Herkimer, we make a stop at this Applebee's before heading back home. It's our families go to spot. The staff is always friendly and go out of their way for you. The appetizers are our favorite, but i don't think we've ever had anything that wasn't absolutely delicious and filling. I also love how the manager, Kara, often stops by our table during each visit to make sure everything is just right for us.
