I have tried many of the products and find every superlative. I know the owners choose each with discrimination. I love soups and sandwiches. The sandwiches are made with the homemade bread of the morning. I think the chocolate cream cake is the best I ever tasted. It's more like a "silk" cake. Great!

By far the best place to get food in Cobleskill. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is to die for and if you go to breakfast definitely the bacon egg and cheese on croissant or on a bagel and if you can get there before they run out definitely get a cinnamon rolls

I went to the bakery twice, where I live in the Saratoga area and not often get out of there. The first time I bought baked goods, they were not very fresh, but I thought I would try it again sat., had also a friend with me. We bought scenarios where there were many, and the young lady waiting for us gave my friend a broken, although there were many in the case so that we replaced it by a not broken that caused them to develop a posture. If your case is full and the bigger ones are in the front and we were given by the smaller ones in the back, don't give a customer broken in half. I doubt I will ever go there again!!!

Food is always amazing but my favorite things from there are the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant, bacon egg and cheese sandwich on the croissant and the cinnamon roll if it is your first time going you should definitely try one of those
