フィードバックを提供するChatham Brewing is original in the Hudson Valley that never disappoints. I enjoyed a Hefeweizen and then the Irish Stout. If you enjoy a beer with robust taste and flavors you'll love Chatham. Whatever you taste in beer, they have you covered. In additiontheir large tasting room has a great food menu to compliment your choice of brew. Parking and outside seating available.
Food was delicious, but for the price I would say a little expensive. My son loved the chicken teeth and the burger was good. The beer was okay from the four I tried, I just liked one, but my husband liked his beer. The service was quick and friendly. I liked how to make the table side credit card. The ambience was beautiful and comfortable. We had a side table with a bench that was great for the children. It wasn't too loud and enough seating we got a table at 5:00 on Saturday.
The Brussels sprouts were top notches: in Korean BBQ sauce after flash frits (oven finished???) Service was helpful and friendly. We will come back
We are local to chatham and visit the brewery a lot. I love the fact that their menu changes for the seasons. His always amazing service and the staff is one of a kind. To go by far one of my favorite places.
I'm not a big fan of Pub Grub, I'm not a big beer drinker and I don't drink at all, which means I'm probably uniquely unqualified to check a brewery. That means I liked this place and feel like they're doing what they really do. I ordered a sandwich from the special menu that I thought was great: really tasteful and well seasoned, and the chicken breast was surprisingly not dry. I was a bit comprehending when I saw the hand cut frying safe, fresh and made house is great in theory, but many places make it to serve hand cut fries that somehow at the same time limp and soggy and fried in burnt hectic, but these were hot, crispy and tasteful. The Calamari of my husband was relatively underwhelming: in my opinion, the Calamari served on the top of Marinara with more sweet Balsamico glaze poured on that overwhelmed the Squid and made everything soggy too fast. Food aside, the room is beautiful and bright, and the service friendly and efficient despite the fact that there are not many people working. I also really appreciate their own sodas as an interesting beer alternative for non-drinkers (I enjoyed my root beer, which tasted like a less sweet version of the commercial version). I'd be happy to drop my anti-brewery prejudices and eat here again.
