Big bar food at a reasonable price. The service was a little slow, but this is to be expected when they are short. Server was friendly although he was very busy.

This charming little restaurant by the water has a cozy atmosphere. Keep in mind that visitors need to go through a gate with a guard to enter. There are a few rustic outdoor seating options, although there are quite a few flies buzzing around. The food arrived quickly and was served hot. We started with cheese curds and fried pickles as appetizers, which were generous portions and deliciously warm. For our main courses, we tried the Swiss mushroom burgers and lemon pepper wings, both of which were satisfying portions. The wings, in particular, were large and juicy. Overall, this place offers great tavern-style food at affordable prices.

The food is delicious, the views are lovely, and the prices are reasonable. I found out that if you’re not a local, you need to call ahead to get a gate pass for entry into the community.

I visited this restaurant for a baby shower, and while the view was stunning, I was a bit disappointed that the sun didn't come out at all. Despite that, we had a wonderful time! The service was excellent, our server was friendly, and the food was tasty. Although it's an hour drive for me, I would definitely recommend it, even if I may not return often.
