Perfect local place, very nice service, fresh fish, easy going atmosphere, good cheap wine. Very nice positive surprise to find such a place in a nontouristic area.

They charge 4, 2 euros for a simple wine and a beer. Twice as much as central Porto. We didn’t even look at the menu.

Just a friendly atmosphere and great service. Water front views of Porto are just wonderful. Very relaxing and laid back.

This little old school bistro on Duoro river is a bit far from the center of Villa Nova de Gaia, but worth it. You will eat tasty food for a very low price and the fish is grilled outside, right next to you :)
