Great owner run hotel. Clean. New pillows. Good wifi. Small mini mart on site with restaurant. 30 meters to Thai Embassy so best spot for a visa run.

The rooms are ok and they have all you need, but they are old. Rooms are clean. The prices are reasonable and negotiable. The good thing is, that it's located just around the corner of the Thai embassy.

Very good location for the Thai Consulate . Hotel staff are friendly and helpful . Easy walking distance to the Pacxhay Monument . Nice to relax after the International Coach journey from Bangkok . Choice of meals is good , Thai money accepted .

Always staying there when I go to get my new visa.2 minutes walk from embassy, 600THB, clean with very polite staff and restaurant with good and not expensive food. Most of the rooms don't have windows, but r clean, with tv, a/c and hot water.All what u need to stay for 1-2 night while waiting for new visa. I recommended and for sure I will stay there again. Why not 5 stars? Price 100-200thb less for rooms without a windows and I will give 5* : but still its a nice place to stay.
