Texas Chicken Thatluang - Vientiane

Fast food chicken, it's what it is. Good chicken, fries and a drink, very cheap.

We took a short stop after our walk at the Thatluang square. DQ ice cream is really nice.

I liked the service and food pretty well. I like how it's named Texas chicken instead of Chruches Chicken too

Great location with a Dairy Queen next counter over. Some of the fried chicken were cold when they served it to us.

I love Laos so much, I come so often, only this year three times. But I must say that yesterday I went along the Mekong River and I did the fatal mistake in learning in Hanoi, never go to a restorer without price menu, and yes I got chage 150,000 kip for Papaya Salat, and seafood fried rice with more chicks then seafood. So Texas Chiken, be honestly last bastion of real capitalism, remember, want cheap, 1600 kip buy rice, Dat Chikie, Dat Soda. Would you like to upgrade, miki D gets a signature burger, or wendy's in Japan has black bungalow Lobsters, capitalism, you get what you pay. Anyway, you won't leave. Great place, Laos has so many good places to offer, with menu with prices, simply not all traumatized for 1bad experience.
