Namphou Park Bar Restaurant - Vientiane

Don't go to Vientiane and miss this place. The staff is very friendly and attentive, more from a western approach to service. English is not so good, but they always manage to put you in contact with someone who understands if they cannot. The food is really amazing! One stop shop with all possible options. Is more expensive then most restaurants experience, but compared to the western prices it is a steal. We have a liter of gin and about 5 different dishes to share and the bill was about $90 I mean, where else are you able to get a deal like this? The live music was epic, the voice of the woman was something to admire. Also do not listen to Google, they are defined open way past 9, I think we were there until about 1 or 2:00, and they were still open when we were gone.

A wide variety of foods here, both local and western. Fair priced. There is live music here. You can choose to sit inside or outside or on the rooftop. Staff here are quick and friendly.

A wonderful location around the Namphou Fountain, with the fountain lights and the short traditional show until 19:30) afterwards live music. Also an option on the upper floor for city views. The service was attentive. Eat delicious, though some oily. Menus with Western or Asian cuisine and seperate for sushi. Extensive beverage menu, at marginally higher prices.

Food was great, but the paying process was such a painful experience. They accept credit cards but the machine was not working. Tried to pay with US dollars but the money were not crisp enough. Make sure you have enough kip when coming to this restaurant to avoid any problems
