フィードバックを提供するI write for a bad experience in this place. And I can now say how much I appreciate the improvement! My chicken just came out, crispy and hot. It was the evening of 2/1/22. The cashier was very thoughtful and honored my voucher, she read my order back and the superior was right at her side helped her to enter my order correctly. Everything came out perfectly. Thank you for showing me a great service!
The new Cajun fish comb is worth about 9, they give it to you with Creole cocktail sauce. It was very delicious, but I noticed that the layer of the fillet was so thin that when it was spread with the sauce, it ended up divided into many small pieces.
*NOW HEAR THE!!! This area Popeyes must be the biggest embarrassment for Popeyes Chicken Corporation. The managers at this point are ridiculously rude and very unprofessional, especially to white and black Americans. Obviously, these hispanic managers support themselves in their folly and evil deeds! Blanca Hernandez and Gina Garcia are strongly committed to their evil and rude demeanor and disposition awaiting all non-Histories. On May 27, 2022 I bought a three-part spicy chicken dinner. I chose to dinate, I thought I would save time as I had a report that was due until the end of the day. 20 minutes in my dinning experience, after I had consumed one of the three pieces of chicken, I realized that the other two pieces were not sharp. So I went before the front counter, which made the manager Gina Garcia/ Blanca Hernandez known that I was given mild chicken by mistake. Not even God, the Almighty would have expected or predicted what would happen next. Nevertheless, after bringing the thing to the attention of the manager, it became extremely defensive and offensive to me to deny the exchange of these pieces of chicken, as it was noticed by the other customers in the branch that they wanted to escalate the situation to deescalate them. At this point I asked the refund only for them to say that I will not replace the chicken and I will not give you any refund. To get rid of this woman, one of the customers has made contact with me, suggesting that the experience was not worth my time. So I left the store and called the police that the incident was documented. The officer asked the woman if she was willing to reimburse me... her answer, no...wow, imagine that! The mangers in this business are immortal, let alone professional, picking to put their chest in complete arrogance and joy! Whoever reads the words spoken here is not at this point your time and your money. I was connected to Corporate. In fact, I made half a dozen calls without deposits. The District Manager, General Manager and Assistant Manager are all hispanic and can take much less care of their moral and professional commitment to the community. Again it was 17 days that the incident occurred. No one from the management contacted me. Because they are aware of their many terrible reviews, they obviously have complaints as unworthy for their time, simply do not give a damn!!!
If I could give this store zero stars, that would be my rating. The store hours stated that it would be open at 10:00 am. At that time today, it remained closed with no message on the door. An employee finally answered the door several minutes later. I was told that they were not open and he did not know when they would be opening. I asked to speak to his manager and he told her that I wanted to talk with her. After waiting ten minutes, she was totally disrespectful and NEVER came to the door. This is the height of poor service and lack of customer respect.
Popeyes itself is delicious and I could buy a gallon of the blackened ranch, but this particular location for Popeyes isn't as amazing. It's a struggle to get the sauces you want and sometimes the employees can be a bit cold. I do however love and will always love Popeyes.
