Applebee's Victorville

I sat at the bar, so my experience may vary. The bartender joked around and made sure I never went thirsty. They have happy hour specials from 3-6pm. My food took a little while, but the bartender went and got it for me, so kudos to them.

It is a nice establishment in Victorville! It is located at the entrance of High Desert, in Dunia Plaza. I have been here several times. It would be on weekends, when I would visit my relatives, who live in High Desert. The meals were always delicious. At the same time, they were not on the expensive side. Furthermore, the cocktails were well prepared. The prices, too, were not on the expensive side. It was for both, meals and cocktails. The staff, working in this establishment, were helpful, friendly, courteous, and attentive. The place looked, during my visits, well-maintained. Of course, there is a wait period, to get seated at the tables. However, bar is open seating. So, I would recommend anyone, who visits High Desert, to stop by this Applebee's establishment!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with excellent customer service. The food was delicious and the drinks were top-notch.

We waited for 30 minutes to be seated at the restaurant, but they did not offer us the happy hour seating. As I am in a wheelchair and specifically requested the happy hour seating, we inquired about it with the waiter. The waiter said he had to check with the manager, who then informed us that we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the happy hour seating. It felt like we were being discriminated against because of my wheelchair, as they assumed I wouldn't want to be seated in the happy hour section. When given the opportunity to rectify the situation, the night manager only made it worse by making us wait even longer. We allowed our guests to order and receive their food while my wife and I did not order anything, simply wanting to leave. The night manager's decision-making was terrible, and this all occurred on 6/09/2022 around 9:20pm.

The food was fine, the service is adequate. My party of 5 sat down and discussed we where not a fan of this particular Apple bees because the service is just ok. To no surprise my the host seemed to have hated her life and the waiter seemed too busy to give us proper service. The waiter was nice and didn't get anything wrong just service could have been a lot better.
