フィードバックを提供するI wanted to share my experience at the restaurant. After I gave my name, the girl at the counter asked how to spell it. Even after I helped her by spelling it out, she still struggled. Every table was dirty, and I had to grab napkins to wipe them down, along with the chairs. The food was typical Taco Bell fare—not great, but not terrible either. I received a few sauce packets, but it looked like someone had already tampered with the packaging. I had to use napkins to handle the messy packets. While I was at the bar, I noticed four people making eye contact with me, but they just kept walking by without any acknowledgment. Nobody recognized me or asked if I needed assistance. I'm not sure where the manager was, but they definitely weren't in the front to support their staff.
The restaurant offers a nice variety of Mexican-American cuisine, but I wish they would explore options beyond flour tortillas and hard taco dishes.
I ordered through Uber Eats and placed an order for six packages of brandauce, but I received nothing. I tried to contact the driver but couldn't reach them, so I called the restaurant. The young person who answered said, "I don’t know what to tell you." How about saying, "I'm sorry"?
There was no order that there were many employees standing with the car through the window, a look at my art and wise, but only further to talk they need to serve customers when someone else goes into the load
Had to wait longer than 30 minutes to get to the window and 15 min to get to the speaker just to order. I would have left but the drive thru had me caged in from my arrival
