I highly recommend trying the falafel wraps from this restaurant. I took it with me to the beach in my backpack and it stayed fresh for hours. When I finally bit into it, the flavors were still delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. They also offer a falafel wrap with sweet potatoes and beet hummus, but that combination wasn't to my liking. If you opt for the BBQ jackfruit wrap, make sure to ask them to heat it up for you.
