It would be great to see more low sugar and gluten-free options that are unique to this store. Trying out different items can be fun, although some may not be to your taste. For example, the sourdough bread from the bakery did not have the traditional sour flavor. Overall, this place has a great variety and is a pleasant place to visit. It’s worth checking out to see for yourself!

The lunch section is very convenient. It's not much more expensive than Walmart, to be honest. It's located right in Uptown, which is convenient.

This restaurant has an excellent variety of vegan options and is very clean. There is ample parking available underground or outside. The staff at the cash register are friendly and there are also restroom facilities for customers to use. The store is quite spacious and well-stocked with items such as products from Very Good Butchers, vegan salmon, vegan croissants, vegan cheeses, and more. Overall, a great place for vegan diners.

We came here while in Victoria for a short holiday. This is a great place to buy good food. If you want to get organic food then this is the place. It is a big store, probably just as big as the one in Vancouver at Cambie and 8th. The meat is free of additives or organic. There is a big deli section and hot meals. We often go to the Vancouver store to get good quality cooked meals when we don’t feel like cooking. There are eating areas as well where you can eat or have a coffee. Prices are competitive. Some items are less expensive than at other big box grocery stores. They often have sales. Those prices will be hard to beat. Vitamins and supplements go on sale couple times a year. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I just find them friendly and reliable.
