Baan Thai - Victoria

Tried the Guay Teow Kee Mao for the first time tonight, absolutely fabulous flavour and the freshest ingredients. Appreciate the attentive staff in regards to my celiac diet and for making an overall great dining experience. My other personal favourites are the Baan Thai Noodles, Phad Bai Graprow Kow Phad, cannot wait for my next meal at Baan Thai!

I don't know why this restaurant isn't rated even higher than it is already. Very authentic tasting Thai food. This is coming from a person who considers Thailand a second home and has been there at least 10 times if not more. Amazing food!!! Service was also excellent. It was my second time back to the restaurant. The first time was only two people. This time we were a large group of ten so I got to try quite a few items. The highlights for me were their chicken satay with an amazing peanut sauce, the Tom Kha soup was just brilliant, the Som Tum Papaya salad) was nice and fresh and the Pad Kra Pow minced pork with basil) was probably the dish of the night. Must visit if you're in Victoria!!!

Fresh. Tasty. Great atmosphere. Good service. A very enjoyable dinner.
