La Remise De Christian - Vias

We loved what we tasted at Christian, dishes full of flavors and a very beautiful decouvert. Christian explains the composition of his dishes before choosing them and advised us very well on the wine to accompany the dishes.

Very good and hearty, kitchen made by chef Christian. Very nice restaurant. Bravo to the whole team.

We were on the market square in Vias and were also looking for a restaurant to celebrate my 60th birthday on April 4, just my wife and I... in front of the hall, a nice gentleman approached our labrador dog and greeted him, to which our dog responded by stirring ... was probably the owner of the restaurant ... we looked at the memory card, small but pleasant. So we booked a table for April 4. What we ate that evening was incredible, a feast we had not known before, a French cuisine that we had not enjoyed before, we were marvelled by what was prepared with heart and love, also beautifully presented to the eye. The gentleman who welcomed us with our dog two days ago was Christian, a master of the kitchen. Thank you very much for the wonderful and pleasant evening we were able to live with you. Geburtstag am 4.April zu feiern nur meine Frau und ich...gegenüber der Markthalle kam ein netter Herr auf unsere Labradorhündin zu und begrüßte sie was unsere Hündin mit wedelnd erwiderte...war wohl der Eigentümer des Restaurants...wir sakaren uns die Also reservierten wir für den 4. April einen Tisch. Was wir an diesem Abend aßen war unglaublich, ein Genuss den wir noch nicht kannten ,eine französische Küche die wir so noch nicht genossen haben, wir waren hin und weg von dem was uns mit Herz und Liebe zubereitet wurde ,auch für d Der net Herr, der uns vor 2 Tagen mit unserer Hündin begrüßte war Christian, ein Meister der Küche.
