Good food very reasonable prices great service steak was perfect

I arrived right before they filled up, every table was taken. I was disappointed with the vegetables, it was just mush to me. Potatoes were just steamed, no spices. My grilled Róbalo was delicious, but last time I had the restaurant removed the spine. So many little bones. And finally the waiter was not very friendly, he never smiled or made me feel welcome there.

Off season and as we started to order more patrons came in. Owner was friendly and recommended some great dishes and wines.

Really great and CHEAP Portuguese food. We had the rissões and the pig (1/2 rofões) and beef. Simple, fresh, fantastic. The waitress advised us that 1/2 would be more than enough for 1 person. So we shared dishes. Had the white wine Adega Ponte de Lima. Really nice.
