Blaze Pizza - VESTAL

I’ve eaten there twice. The staff and service are great! It’s a fun place to be. The pizza was okay. I tried ordering similar things cooked at different temps and it’s either under cooked or over cooked and like crispy cardboard. I wish the food quality was consistent between locations. This is the third location I’ve tried and my least favorite. Dewitt had amazingly yummy pizza! Henrietta’s was slightly undercooked. Vestal’s was undercooked and overcooked based on both experiences. Clueless... turnover rate for employees is insanity causing standards to be never consistent including how the customers are treated. Customer service is the number one priority and if you can show that skill..you are not going to have a good experience working there or even from a customer's POV. Don't order on the app. We were told our order would be ready at 4:00 (ordered at ~3:50) so we got here at 4:10 and they had not started our order. They started complaining and throwing a fit because we asked where our order was and they didn't start it. There was no line and it was not busy at all so there is no excuse for forgetting about our order. Usually we order here and eat here and 9/10 times it comes out right but the one time we try the app they can't get it together long enough to make 2 pizzas. They had an infant back there with them while making the food. It used to be a really good place to order and eat but now that they are getting new employees every month it's gone downhill. If you eat here order in person so they can't forget about you. The app is nice with the rewards and stuff but they don't pay attention to the online orders. Once I finally got my order it was wrong. None of the food was correct and they did that with everyone else today who has ordered online. My second at Blaze Pizza and I loved it. It's not your ordinary pizza. Nice sauce With fresh fixing, meats and veggies. Vegetarian options: There is enough veggies to make a nice pizza. Kid-friendliness: Kids can see what they getting and have fun doing it.
